Terms of Service
Last updated: June 20, 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using zerotrust.sim (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
zerotrust.sim is a simulation and modeling tool. It helps engineers map infrastructure assets, define firewall and IAM rules, and analyze potential conflicts. The Service is provided for design, planning, and educational purposes. It does not enforce, deploy, or modify any production infrastructure.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to (a) misuse the Service, (b) attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with it, (c) upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, or (d) use the Service to facilitate any attack against any system you do not own or have explicit permission to test.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of the network topologies, rules, manifests, and other content you create ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you and your collaborators.
6. Collaboration
When you invite collaborators to a project, they gain access to Your Content within that project. You are responsible for managing access and removing collaborators when appropriate.
7. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The conflict math engine surfaces potential issues based on the rules you provide; it is not a substitute for a security audit. You are solely responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Contact
Questions about these Terms: contact the project owner through the channel used to invite you to the Service.
